1. Introduction
This document establishes the General Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the "Conditions") for the reservation of stays through the website of the Aparthotel Comtat Sant Jordi (hereinafter, the "Hotel"), available at https://www.aparthotel-santjordi.com (hereinafter, the "Website").
The reservation of services through the Website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Conditions.
2. Identification of the parties
In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the parties are identified:

User/Client: The User/Client is considered to be the person who makes a reservation through the Website.
3. Reservation process
3.1 Availability
The availability of rooms is subject to confirmation after the reservation request has been made. The User will select the desired dates of stay, the type of room and other available additional services.
3.2 Reservation details
The User must provide true and complete personal data for the management of the reservation. The Hotel is not responsible for errors arising from the inaccuracy of the data provided.
3.3 Confirmation of the reservation
Once the reservation request has been made, the User will receive a confirmation email with the details of the reservation, including the reservation number, the type of room, the dates of the stay and the total price. The reservation will be considered confirmed and binding once the User receives said confirmation.
4. Pricing and payment policy
4.1 Prices
The prices shown on the Website are in euros and include VAT. They do not include the tourist tax or any other applicable tax. Prices may vary depending on the date of the reservation and availability.
4.2 Payment methods
Payment will be made by credit/debit card.
4.3 Payment conditions
The User must provide the details of a valid credit/debit card when making the reservation through the Website.
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 25% of the total amount is requested, and the remainder is paid upon arrival at the Hotel.
Upon arrival at the Hotel, the User must provide a credit/debit card as a guarantee for the deposit, or a deposit of 100 euros in cash as a deposit, to be returned upon completion of the User's stay at the Hotel, if no damage has been caused to the facilities.
5. Cancellation and modification policy for reservations
5.1 Cancellation
The User may cancel or modify their reservation without charge up to 48 hours before arrival at the Hotel.
In the event of cancelling or modifying their reservation within 48 hours, the Hotel will charge the amount of the first night. If the client does NOT show up, they will be charged the full amount of the stay.
5.2 Modification of the reservation
Reservation modifications will be subject to availability and the Hotel's policies. Any change in the dates of the stay, type of room or additional services may be subject to price adjustments.
6. Protection of personal data
The personal data provided by the User will be treated in accordance with current legislation on data protection and the Privacy Policy.
7. Responsibility of the Hotel
The Hotel undertakes to provide the services as described on the Website and in these Conditions. However, the Hotel will not be responsible for circumstances beyond its control that may affect the User's stay.
8. Conflict Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of these Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona, Spain).
9. Modification of the Conditions
The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. The modifications will be valid from the moment of their publication on the Website.
